- Different brand of circuit breaker for 30 amp than advertised in photos or other breakers on control panel. Also support bar dented. There was no damage to shipping box near that area which seems to indicate it was mishandled before being packaged.
- I was considering purchase of a tri-fuel generator from Westinghouse. My plumber needed to know the BTU requirements for the generator. I have tried the online chat. It came back saying that there was no service and recommended an email. Send an email with no response. With much difficulty found a phone number online and it was for TV service. But they gave me another number for generators. Contacted them after a 20 minute wait and they could only get back with me 24 to 48 hours by email. Iโve never found it so difficult to buy a product before. If this is an indication of the customer service for future use, I will be looking for another company.
